The 2 Bedroom 1 bath apartment upstairs is adorable, we have only had long term tenants and it is easy to rent. The entrance is on the side of the house up the stairs so the feeling is very private. Tenant pays Electric and cable. The main floor has a cozy living room, wonderful kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, bedroom and mud room, There is also a beautiful Mother in Law suite on the main floor.
The partially finished basement has a bathroom, bedroom area, furnace room, root cellar and open room.
